Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking Fee
A booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day. This is between 20% -50% of the treatment cost.
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours , the booking fee will be retained as well as the rest of the treatment to cover the time reserved for you.
Payments
We accept cash and bank transfers for appointments. If you are paying via bank transfer please ensure this is paid, our 4G signal is strong enough for your online banking to work.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full for the scheduled treatment.
• Clients will not be able to rebook until any outstanding balance has been cleared.
Course Bookings
For clients who have purchased a course of treatments, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being deducted from your remaining course balance.
• No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the loss of your booking fee or deduction from your course, and full payment may still be required.
Outstanding Payments
Any unpaid balances must be settled promptly.
• Payments not made within 24 hours will incur a 10% late payment fee.
• Clients with outstanding balances will not be able to book further appointments until payment is received.
• Repeated late payments or missed appointments may result in removal from our client list.
Arrivals
• Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. I have a lovely waiting area ready for you. If you are late this will reduce your treatment time.
Additional Information
• Please book your patch test for treatments i.e Eyelash tinting 24 to 48 hours prior to your first treatment. If you fail to book a patch test for your original appointment your treatment will be cancelled.
• Loyalty cards will be stamped if shown at your treatment. I cannot back date stamps.
• All nail art must be booked in advance to allow for the correct treatment time. Please send me your nail art designs in advance or at the start of your treatment.
• Mobile phones are not to be used during treatments.
• All appointments can be booked easily online, please do so as I am not always available on messages. I aim to respond to messages within 48 business hours.
