Salon Policy

▪️ Cash and bank transfers for appointments. If you are paying via bank transfer please ensure this is paid, our 4G signal is strong enough for your online banking to work. 

 

▪️ Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. I have a lovely waiting area ready for you. If you are late this will reduce your treatment time. 

 

▪️I have a 48 hours policy for cancellations. If you fail to cancel your appointment within 48 hours you will be charged in full for your treatment and will not be able to rebook until this is paid.

 

▪️ Failure of late payments after 24 hours will occur 10% late payment fee. No further appointments will be able to be booked if you have an outstanding payment. Repeat offenders will be removed from my client list.

 

▪️Please book your patch test for treatments i.e Eyelash tinting 24 to 48 hours prior to your first treatment. If you fail to book a patch test for your original appointment your treatment will be cancelled. 

 

▪️ Loyalty cards will be stamped if shown at your treatment. I cannot back date stamps. 

 

▪️ All nail art must be in advance to allow for the correct treatment time. Please send me your nail art designs in advance or at the start of your treatment. 

 

📱 Mobile phones are not to be used during treatments. 

 

▪️ All appointments can be booked easily online, please do so as I am not always available on messages. I aim to respond to messages within 48 business hours.

▪️ Million Dollar treatments have a pre care list that you are required to read before your treatment. This may stop you having the treatment. Any questions please feel free to contact us to discuss.

Certain Million Dollar treatments have a non refundable deposit. If you fail to cancel your appointment in the required time, you will not receive a refund.
